PAISAJE DE HAWAII / HAWAIIAN LANDSCAPE

Uno de los viajes más impresionantes de mi vida fue el que hice en 2010 a Hawai. Fui a dar una conferencia en el "8th Hawaii International Conference on Arts and Humanities" y aprovechando la ocasión estuvimos unos días visitando las islas y haciendo fotografías de los impresionantes paisajes. Este paisaje estaba en Honolulú, al lado del hotel en el que nos alojamos y me gustó mucho el contraste del verde, el cielo nublado y las casas humildes en plena zona turística. Este cuadro está hecho con acrílico y pastel sobre lienzo.

One of the most amazing trips of my life was the one I made in 2010 to Hawaii. I went to give a conference at the "8th Hawaii International Conference on Arts and Humanities" and I spent a few days visiting the islands and taking pictures of landscapes. This landscape was in Honolulu, near the hotel where we stayed and I liked the contrast of the green, the cloudy sky and humble homes in the tourist area. This painting is made of acrylic and pastel on canvas.
